Jon E. Posner, President is the owner of Bronxville-Ley Real Estate and president of Westchester Real Estate. A resident of Pound Ridge since 1972, he has served as a director of the foundation from its inception.
Vivian Falco, Vice President is a physical therapist in private practice for children with special needs. She is an active volunteer with the Pound Ridge Lions Club and A-Home of Westchester.
Tom Sweeney III, Treasurer is a retired lawyer who practiced Commercial Litigation for over 35 years in New York City. A Pound Ridge resident since 1985, he is an avid reader and supporter of public libraries. He is also a volunteer at the Pound Ridge Library.
Janet Schloat, Secretary is a retired attorney and editor of educational materials. Believing public libraries to be one of the cornerstones of a vibrant community, she has also served on the governing boards of the Mount Kisco Library and the Hiram Halle Library.

Pat Bergren is a retired public relations executive. She’s been a resident of Pound Ridge for over 35 years.
David Bergstein is a residential sales agent for Houlihan Lawrence with a background in design, art direction and cartoon illustration. He has lived in Pound Ridge since 1978.
Joyce Bowers is a branch manager for Keybank in Pound Ridge. She is a voracious reader and has a keen interest in libraries and the rich resources they provide to their communities.
Andrew Brodnick and his wife Bonni, the author of Pound Ridge Past, have lived in Pound Ridge for over 20 years. He practices real estate law in Mount Kisco and is a member of the Pound Ridge Planning Board and the Pound Ridge Lions Club. Andrew and Bonni raised their two children in Pound Ridge, both of whom spent many afternoons at the The Pound Ridge Library.
Marty-Ann Kerner is an attorney and a preschool and reading teacher at the Long Ridge School in Stamford, Ct. A resident of Pound Ridge for nearly thirty years, she has been an avid user and supporter of our town library.
Diane Mazzanti is Corporate Secretary of the Foundation. She is a practicing business and real estate attorney and is currently onPound Ridge Community Church Pre-School Board. She’s previously served on The Morgenthau Board as well as numerous other municipal and non-profit boards and committees.
Nikki McMann is real estate agent with Houlihan Lawrence. She served on the Library’s District Board for three years. She is also active in other organizations in town including President of The Pound Ridge Neighbors & Newcomers Club, Girl Scout Troop Leader, member of Pound Ridge Partnership, Boys & Girls Club of Northern Westchester and active parent at St. Patrick’s School in Bedford.
Linda Merrill has for the past nine years been an associate real estate broker with Houlihan Lawrence in Pound Ridge and Bedford. After earning an MBA at New York University, she worked in private banking in New York City for 25 years.
Starr Nass has been a Real Estate agent for the past 12 years and with Houlihan Lawrence for the last 10 years. Her prior career was in sales and marketing for a glass and wood importer/exporter. She is active in many community and town organizations including Pound Ridge Neighbors and Newcomers.
Cynthia Rigas is a past president of the foundation, serves on the Pound Ridge Conservation Board and the Pound Ridge Open Space Acquisition Committee. A town resident for 43 years, she has been an active volunteer in local schools, serving two terms on the Bedford Central School District Board of Education.
Virginia Bulzacchelli-Todar has been a Pound Ridge resident since 1978. She was formerly Assessment Clerk, Building Department secretary, and Receiver of Taxes for the Pound Ridge Fire District. She is currently a member of the Pound Ridge Garden Club and the Pound Ridge Lions Club.
