Julie Goggin, President is a native to New York but has lived many places. She first came to Pound Ridge in 2000, moved to San Francisco and came back in 2011. She has a BA from Columbia in International Affairs, a minor in Asian Studies and JD from George Washington University. Her work as a Corporate & Transactions Attorney has morphed into CEO of biotech and tech concerns. Julie is a passionate entrepreneur and supporter of start ups.
Jennifer Coulter, Vice President has been a resident of Pound Ridge for 13 years. She is mother to two boys age 12 and 10. She volunteers at Pound Ridge Elementary School as Library Volunteer Chairperson. She served on the Pound Ridge Library Board of Trustees for six years, serving as secretary for five of those years, before joining the Pound Ridge Library Foundation. She will be serving as President of Friends of the Library. Before becoming a stay-at-home mother, her professional experience was in banking for three years, and as Controller for a commercial real estate services firm for 10 years. Jennifer and her sons are very involved in the library. Her son Elliott serves on the Library’s Teen Advisory Committee.
John Broghammer, Treasurer is an Enterprise Program Manager for GE Asset Management in Stamford, CT. He holds an MBA from New York University and an Engineering degree from the University of Notre Dame. A resident of Pound Ridge since 2004, he has two young children who are actively engaged in the library’s various reading programs.
MartyAnn Kerner, Secretary is an attorney and a preschool and reading teacher at the Long Ridge School in Stamford, Ct. A resident of Pound Ridge for nearly thirty years, she has been an avid user and supporter of our town library.
Joyce Bowers is a branch manager for Keybank in Pound Ridge. She is a voracious reader and has a keen interest in libraries and the rich resources they provide to their communities.
Vivian Falco is a physical therapist in private practice for children with special needs. She is an active volunteer with the Pound Ridge Lions Club and A-Home of Westchester.
Gus Felix is a Managing Director of Citigroup. He moved with his wife Natalie and their three children to Pound Ridge four years ago. Before that, he worked abroad holding senior positions for Citi in several countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa over the course of 31 years. He has served on various corporate, policy and educational Boards, and has particular interests in schools and education initiatives in developing economies.
Gloria Koster is an elementary school librarian for the New Canaan, CT public schools with masters degrees in both library science and education. In addition to her teaching and library background, she has spent many years immersed in children’s literature and is the author or two picture books: THE PEANUT-FREE CAFÉ and MITZI’S MITZVAH. Gloria and her husband Eric have loved and supported the library for the 37 years that they have been town residents. They have three adult children.
Nikki McMann previously served on the Library’s District Board for three years. She is also active in other organizations in town including President of The Pound Ridge Neighbors & Newcomers Club, Girl Scout Troop Leader, member of Pound Ridge Partnership, Boys & Girls Club of Northern Westchester and active parent at St. Patrick’s School in Bedford. She is real estate agent with Houlihan Lawrence. She has lived in Pound Ridge since 2002 at which time she found her interest to be involved and supportive of this library.
Starr Nass has been a Real Estate agent for the past 12 years and with Houlihan Lawrence for the last 10 years. Her prior career was in sales and marketing for a glass and wood importer/exporter. She is active in many community and town organizations including Pound Ridge Neighbors and Newcomers.
Tom Sweeney III is a retired lawyer who practiced Commercial Litigation for over 35 years in New York City. A Pound Ridge resident since 1985, he is an avid reader and supporter of public libraries. He is also a volunteer at the Pound Ridge Library.
Virginia Bulzacchelli-Todar has been a Pound Ridge resident since 1978. She was formerly Assessment Clerk, Building Department secretary, and Receiver of Taxes for the Pound Ridge Fire District. She is currently a member of the Pound Ridge Garden Club and the Pound Ridge Lions Club.
