Taste of Pound Ridge & Silent Auction To Benefit Pound Ridge Library Foundation
The Pound Ridge Business Association will once again sponsor “A Taste of Pound Ridge” on Thursday, May 3, 2012 from 6:00 to 9:00 pm at Albano Appliance’s showroom and the adjoining real estate offices. All proceeds from the event will benefit the Pound Ridge Library.
Attendees will be able to sample signature dishes from local culinary talents including Albano Appliance Grills, Asia Hamachi Restaurant, Blind Charlie’s Café, DiNardo’s Ristorante Italiano, Maggie May’s Frozen Yogurt & Ice Cream, North Star Restaurant, Pinocchio Pizza, Plum Plums, and Scotts Corner Market. In addition, a silent auction will take place with items donated by members of the Pound Ridge Business Association and the community, including vacations, gift certificates, flower arrangements, gift baskets and more.
The donation for the event is $25 per person ($35 at the door) and $10 for children 12 and under. Reservations/payment can be made in advance at the library, Albano Appliance & Service or by mailing in the form included in a mailer sent out to the community.
